There is also an enhanced version of this page that contains a more flashy interface to the above map. (The rivers change color and identify themselves when you point a mouse at them.) That version of the atlas uses layers for the interactive map, and requires Netscape or Internet Explorer 4 or higher.

The streams listed here are the major medium-to-large rivers that support brown and rainbow trout, as well as a few smaller streams. There are countless small streams not listed here that offer fun fishing for wild brookies; pretty much any headwaters in the state fill that bill nicely.
